β β β β β THIEVES , THIEVES, Stay away of this gas station. THEY STEAL FROM YOU. I tried to redeem airmiles here Cashier ran the airmiles card and told me system not working and demanded cash. I gave him cash and 10 seconds later I received the notification on my email that airmiles were redeemed at this location. I told the cashier about it and he laughed in my face. I called airmiles immediately and they confirmed that airmiles were redeemed. They called the gas station and of course the THIEF told them that he ran the card but points not redeemed. Nothing was done.

β β β β β Was running when it was hot and stopped to rehydrate, upon trying to open the door. It was LOCKED! Because covid-19 they figure to lock everyone out unless they are wearing a mask. So I put a mask on and the gas attendant still didnβt open the door. Only opened it when I stood in front of him on the other side of the glass! The mandatory face mask was July 27th, this was well before then AND the gas attendant was behind the plexiglass WITH a mask on. He was the ONLY person in the store! What gives with this Shell Station. I will NEVER use this station again and hope others follow.

β β β β β My car broke down near this gas station. The attendant ignored me, while playing with his phone. I had to walk two kilometers to a Petro station for help.

β β β β β Cash wash is slightly disappointing. Foam is watery.
August 30th update.
Drying fan no longer working.
I am went in and told the cashier. The reply was "that's how it is" ... some serious ridiculous service.
Should just shut the cash wash and not messing people's car.

β β β β β Very poor management. Bought a fraudulent vanilla MasterCard on August 10 that had already been used back in May. They told me to come back on Monday which I did and the manager hid in his back office and didn't even have the audacity to come talk to me. They refused a refund and now I am stuck with their fraudulent scam if MasterCard doesn't refund me.
Bunch of amateurs who have zero customer service skills and call you "brother" as if they were acquainted with you. Avoid this gas station because they aren't capable of apologizing and making it right when they sell fraudulent products. They live in the shell that their gas station provides them not knowing customers will never excuse a business that seeks to make customers pay for their own victimization.

I did a car wash at this location, and since the machine was undergoing repairs it did not wash my car properly. I talked to an attendant about the matter, but he did not resolve my issue.
[Update]
Today I passed by and I talked to another attendant who was more skillful/experienced. He helped me wash the vehicle again, and it was flawless. I appreciated that he tried to build trust between the service provider and the customer(s).

β β β β β Giving it 2 stars because the car wash has a touchless option and there are no rails.
However, there were still dirt on my car and the dryer time was not long enough.
