This is the place where I often fill the gas and buy fresh beverages. Feels safe when I visit this station because of the precautionary measures taken by the staff members.

Beware of the price at the pump. On 3 separate occasions, I have found the pump price higher than the price advertised on their sign. The the first 2 times, I didn't say anything as I was in a rush so I only put in $10 and left. But this happened a third time, I realized that this was not an isolated incident. Gas stations are required to increase the price on the sign for at leat 10 minyrs4, before they can increase the pump prices. This is to ensure they are not falsely advertising the price. I went into the station and told the cashier the pump price is higher than the advertised price. She immediately changed the price on the sign and said I need to pay the higher price. I told her that she needs to honour the lower sign price. She refused and said there was a technical issue that resulted in the sign not changing earlier. I asked to speak with a manager. I had to wait over 5 minutes. There were at least 4 other people waiting when he stormed out of the back office. He said said I need to pay the higher price and I said it's extremely unethical to falsely advertise a lower price on the sign and that this is not the first time I experienced this at this location. He then proceeded to seaer and said "it's a mistake, mistakes happen, you think we're f*ș%ING cheating people? I immediately said" you need to watch your tone and your language, I am asking for you to honour the lower advertised price " it took another 5 minutd8of arguing and it wasn't when I said I would be contacting the Regional manager and escalating this to Corporate Shell office that he finally lowered the pump price. Be careful when you get gas here. Check to make sure that pump price is what's advertised on the large sign. I did end up escalating this to Corporate Shell customer service because the store owner took no responsibility of his employee's lack of professional. He actually defended the behaviour. The regional manager was appalled by how this was handled. It is a privately owned station, but he made sure the owner received the necessary coaching and had to enroll5in extra coaching.

Very clean and tight place... It also has HYDROGEN fuel there !!! Great location and always friendly staff members BUT...... RECYCLE RECYCLE RECYCLE people. It's the future of our planet!!!! * Filling up regularly 3-4 times per week and I always notice the amount of recycling material in the bins are quite a few. Way over the normal amount. I have some hope that the manager will do something about it !

Absolutely the worst service iv ever had. Supper rude cashier.

Always has what I need when I visit. Easy to operate pumps and good service. The price is right on with every other gas station.

The staff here is always so polite! Convenient location for small things since 7-11 and corner stores are largely gone .

I used to come here for the great service, but that is going downhill completely. The cashiers are extremely rude they speak in their language and not in English so you don't know what they're saying just very rude overall. I used to recommend the station but not anymore Petro Can is a lot better lot friendlier and no attitude from the cashiers.
