★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Safety Safety!!! For a company of this size when it comes to safety their road signs are not conducive to safety. Because the signs are posted in locations that are difficult to spot (such as on the ground and not cleared of weeds as opposed to being posted at eye level) and do not include advance and post warning signs to indicate required changes in speed, unsafe conditions are created, especially for those driving heavy trucks. Due to their negligence in accurately posting speed signs, I have been falsely accused of speeding (47 km) in an area that had no sign and have been banned from the Fox Creek, AB T-Road. Arbitration is apparently not part of their program. Being a driver who conscientiously practices safety on a daily basis, I am offended to have been accused of unsafe behavior in a disputable situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful building with amazing amenities, with this being a corporate tower do not expect to be able to see more than the public lobby.
There are lots of connections via the +15 network and plenty of services within the building.
The building is managed by Cadillac Fairview and with that comes lack of maintenance not from inexperienced staff but from cheap management refusing to spend the money to properly maintain the building.
The down escalator is clunky and jolts regularly as you ride it. When reported they simply say that Otis has been informed and they claim its safe. If you used it daily you'd question the validity in that statement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shell us gouging us consumers. The price almost always is the first to jack up the cost of gasoline. I paid 1.16.9 per liter at Gas Plus while Shell is $1.27.9 just around corner. Photo shows the difference taken the same day within minutes of each other. Gas retailers are just ticking off consumers. Can't wait to get my EV.
