They do not keep record of the transactions and for a company affiliated with the Dragons Den, I would never have though that this may have been an issue. I would look for a different trading partner.

They can take funds right out of a US savings account (in a Canadian Bank) and put the converted funds right back. Never have to go to the bank. All done over the phone. My rate was within half a cent of the inter-bank US conversion rate noted on their website. You know exactly what the converted dollars will be before the transaction is complete. I would use nobody else even for small transactions. Excellent Service!!!
