W	WALKING Cyborg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good fees for a new exchanges. Sometimes or often you will encounter problems with deposits or withdrawals, especially when you transfer great value assets. My experience was not really good at the beginning but the customer service seems to be improving. It is still take kind of long time 4 - 48 hours to resolve. Everything is fine with me till now. Team needs to work on that, making your system more stable is important if you want to become a big exchanges.

I have transferred money via e-transfer and wire transfer and I have always able to touch base with a real human instantly regarding status updates when I was nervous. I made a NDAX account early last month and was excited to use their platform because they promised fast and effective deposits that could be verified by using a personalized code. Since then it has been nothing but problems when deposit fiat into my account. I have two accounts set up that are attached, one is a business profile and another is a personal profile. Every time I try to make a deposit it gets sent in for further review making it impossible to get funds into your account when trying to make a time sensitive trade. Their IO is very flawed, when sending deposits there is no email verification on their side that confirms to you that your deposit has been received. Their compliance team takes hours and days on end to resolve deposit issues, and their live chat is surely nothing but a ‘ticket bot’ that does absolutely nothing. I’ve filed multiple complaints to their compliance team and still have not gotten an answer as to why all my deposits get sent in for further review. Their platform promises instant verification when using your personalized code - when sending a INTERAC E- Transfer, yet the application doesn’t seem to work. I’m absolutely disgusted in the efforts this exchange makes when it comes to ensuring customer satisfaction. I’ve missed out on multiple time sensitive trades.

Their app and web based platform is easy to understand and each has its own benefits. First reason is because it is a Canadian exchange and I want to support our own and keep money in Canada but more over this Exchange is reliable, efficient and offer features the other exchanges in Canada do not. It is user friendly and can be used by both professional traders and new ones. The CEO is always responsive on Twitter with his clients and engages with them regularly and strives for continual improvement. I have been depositing funds on a monthly basis and the process through e transfer has been seamless. The bad reviews about this exchange could be from non professional traders whom have used the exchange at it's infancy, it is a fairly new exchange and they have improved their services substantially overtime. I will continue to use this exchange moving forward. Thank you NDAX !!!
