★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habituellement, je fais affaire avec ce garage et j'en suis satisfaite, mais c'est mon conjoint qui prend le rdv. Je prend rdv pour un alignement d'un Honda Odyssey, il me charge 98,50$ sans les taxes. Je lui ai demandé de vérifier pour un frotement lors des virages avant côté conducteur. Sur la facture, il est inscrit frotement avant droit!?, me charge 18$, évidemment la vérification a été faite pas du bon côté, donc pas de problème trouvé, me charge quand même pour... Résultat: facture de 113,40$ pour un alignement. Dernière chose, je leur laisse le véhicule toute la journée pour le travail, aucun service de raccompagnement proposé non plus, fait plus de 40 degré à l'extérieur et je suis enceinte de plus de 30sem. Je ferai affaire ailleurs la prochaine fois, je considère que les prix ne sont pas abordable, le garagiste n'a pas inspecté le bon côté et service à la clientèle laisse à désirer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ce garage de coin de rue, je ne doûte pas qu'il sont capable de faire des entretient de base pneus et huile et encore j'en doûte. Après avoir réparer ma voiture chez eux, j'ai eu que des ennuis, le concessionnaire m'a dit tout ce dont ils n'ont pas fait pour bien réparer la voiture,
Dorénavant je vais chez le concessionnaire. ça semble de gens gentils au garage de coin de ruen et on crois encourager local, mais non ce sont des cabochons. Concessionnaire plus cher, mais avec garanti, eux vont mettre la faute sur le towing ou tout autre choses sil y a des réparations en lien avec leur réparation initiale.
je donnerai bien un 0, mais le minimum est 1 étoile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I discovered this garage a couple of years ago after doing something foolish at the gas station across the street. They fixed my misdoing within the hour for a reasonable fee. At the time my husband kept having ongoing problems with our Van despite numerous visits and repairs at other garages in the area. One of these garages said we needed another $1400 of work to fix the problem he didn't fix in the first place, so I sent my husband to Garage Pinsonneault. Not only did they find the problem and fix it, it turned out to be a $400 problem, not a $1400 one. Ever since then we've been loyal customers. They've been very accommodating when we were in a jam. We find them to be honest and fair and they give friendly service to boot.
