terrible people work there with horrible attitudes and no patience for me while i quietly shop.

The gentleman working Sept 13 Sunday morning is really friendly keeps store very clean and wish more people in this type of service were more like that

I just had a very unsettling experience. My boy just called from the Shell in our neighborhood and was absolutely frantic. He and three friends, all very nice, polite boys, had just been sworn at and tossed out of the store. They were absolutely beside themselves and bewildered as to what they could have done wrong. They have gone there many times for treats without incident and had even made friends with some of the employees. The lady had then said that they should have their parents come down. I went down immediately and as soon as I arrived she came out of the store screaming that she would only ever allow one child in at a time and that the boys were taking up too much of her time. After choosing treats, one boy was trying to use Apple Pay but having some difficulty so another had paid for him. Should not have been a problem but somehow it was. She then screamed at me that she never wanted to see us again and that if I wanted to see the video of how long they took, I should come back in a few hours when she had time. I was speechless. Literally. I barely had a chance to get a word out and was still standing next to my car, hadn’t even gone in. A man walked up behind me and asked her a question and she turned on him as well. It was such a horrifying experience. My kids will not be going back there and we will not be supporting this business. It is so disappointing as it was so close but this type of behaviour is unacceptable. Apparently, this is not the first time, others are commenting on the Northridge site how unstable this Lady is. I fuel up their 3+ times a week, buy $50 a week in lotto and other items. I will never step foot in this store again and will tell every single person I know in St. Albert

Gotta take out a loan to purchase a carton of milk. There are two ladies there that are always very nice! Clean store, haven’t had any major issues yet.

I wanted to buy a carton of milk with my girlfriend at 11:30 pm. I know the store closes it’s main doors, but they have a little window you can buy stuff out of. I go to the window and see the employee and ring the doorbell. He continued to walk around pretending I was invisible. I rang a few more times as i thought maybe he didn’t see me or hear the bell, but then he looked in my direction, but didn’t make eye contact. I realized he was purposely ignoring me and when I went back to our car, he stared us down through the window. He glared at us with the most angry face and it was unsettling my girlfriend and I. We drove off and he then went out the front door and watched us leave. Felt very uncomfortable and honestly felt like i was about to be attacked or something.

Don't waste your time. The absolutely worst shell in Alberta, I've been to a lots. First the staff are rude and second the little window thing does not work. Your gas station is paying someone or just being "open" when it clearly is not. I've been too this location several times and seen few different employees at night. Each and every visit is the same, Completely ignored by the staff and waste my time coming to a a pretend 24 hour operating gas station. If I was the manager or owner of this location I would be absolutely ashamed. Next time I visit I will be recording a video and sending it everywhere including my YouTube channel, shell corporate, and CTV news.
