★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hadn't been in a few years as I've not needed to, called them up for a physical for them to tell me I'm no longer a patient because I haven't seen them..okay?? why would you not call me to discuss? It's so hard to find a family doctor on this island. This is not a way to treat someone who has been a life long patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went there, walked into a completely empty office with no patients, no one waiting, just 2 rude ladies at the front. One of which told me they had a over thousand people waiting list. I’ve read some other reviews before posting this too and saw someone said they were turned away when they had been a patient there but hadn’t been in a couple years. Just to let you know that is illegal. If you have someone registered in your office as a patient even if it has been years you are legally obligated to help them or find a replacement doctor. You girls don’t seem to have much work to do so what a shame your even turning away patients who are registered there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been my family doctor for 30 years. It's a shame the new ladies working the front have such terrible attitudes. Not going to go into details but give your heads a shake!! This is shawnigan lake, not a huge city where you can get away with being a grump your whole life. You will be noticed by all. Shape up or move on
