★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at Shelley & John's and took advantage of their Bed & Dinner. Even in March, the weather was nice enough to sit outside every night by the fire or relax in the hot tub. Shelley provided amazing meals, serving me everything from the best homemade lasagna and garlic bread to lobster bisque. Their place was relaxing and peaceful and the view looking down on the city of Salmon Arm is like no other. The perfect stop for Bales & Dinner for those travelling with horses.Will definitely be back!

Tiny house is so cozy. The spa is perfect to relax and the landscape is beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a perfect one night winter stop over at Shamrock and Thistle while hauling a horse from Williams Lake to Calgary. Shelley made sure the horse had all the creature comforts for the night, there was parking available for the truck and trailer nearby and the Tiny House was comfortable, spotless and well stocked! There was a very inviting deck area with a fire pit and hot tub outside which, given the short stay, we did not have an opportunity to use. There are magnificent views of the valley and beautiful forest all around the property. We feel so fortunate to have found such a haven for the horse and ourselves! We will be back for a longer stay!!!
