He not only talked me through the steps of how to identify and tighten the lever that was allowing the water to over flow. It bought me time for him to come and do a diagnostic on the unit. Once here, Ben took the time to explain to me what the issue was and why it was happening. I felt well informed. Very clean and friendly crew, I will be calling again!

He has also assisted in repairing my furnace, that was having issues. Ben is very friendly, honest and extremely reliable. He is the only person I will go to for my HVAC needs.
j	jeff burgess on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We contacted Ben for a couple of projects around the house being 1) installation of new 8 inch duct line above the gas stove 2) installation of gas stove 3) moving gas dryer from another location in the house and 4) installing a new underground gas line over 175 feet to the bbq area. 5) disconnecting and re-installing 2 AC units which were temporarily removed for our project. Ben was on time for each project and completed everything as promised. He takes his time to educate the consumer on maintenance and follows up to ensure everything is in working order. Payment is remitted with ease and I would highly recommend his services!
E	EVA D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shad’s Heating & Air My husband and I contacted Ben Shaddick, owner of Shad’s Heating & Air, to install a new gas fireplace in our family room. Shad’s Heating & Air had previously installed a new furnace for us about 4 years ago and did a very good job. We had done some extensive remodeling in our family room and the centerpiece would be the new fireplace insert. We went with a rectangular, more modern model. We were unaware that there is more involved with replacing a fireplace insert than first expected. Ben did a very good job explaining the options available and what exactly was involved with replacing our old unit. He was very conscientious of doing the job correctly and to current codes. This gave my husband and I good peace of mind. Throughout the install process, Ben and his team removed the old unit and all venting debris and then installed the new one. It was installed perfectly and everything was cleaned up properly and all garbage removed. The finished product looks fantastic and we have since had many compliments from friends and family on the new fireplace.
