Knew the damage was not that bad. Shouldn't have to duel just to use insurance I paid for.

He was very professional and courteous and I was done the appointment in 10 to 15 minutes! I was impressed with the service here! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't have an issue with sgi claims but I have an issue with the appraiser Kevin Farrell.
He can't even do his job right. He was accessing my damage and he didn't even take a picture of my mileage. He asked me to read it out to him and I had to repeat myself like 3 times. I noticed the mistake when I got home online. So i took a picture and sent it to my adjuster. Unbelievable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SGI are hiring adjuster people who don’t live in Canada and to be honest they’re doing a horrible job with auto claim. It’s so hard to communicate with them. They don’t have an idea who’s right or wrong. I’m saying this because my wife got rear ended and the their judgement was she did an unsafe turn. She was using a blinker before 3-4 houses to turn left. How is that unsafe? We’re never trusting SGI again??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely frustrating service and still not done yet.
Filed a claim online and took 3 weeks just for the adjuster to arrange an appraisal and had to keep asking to check on the status of the claim. It's now a week since the vehicle was appraised and deemed written off and still haven't heard anything back as far as settlement and feel like it's an inconvenience to get this settled in a timely fashion. I've had some real fantastic dealings with the SGI claims group in the past but this certainly isn't one of them.
