★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deceiving customer service! Told you the package will be sent out next Monday but actually “in processing” for more than one month in their warehouse. After I went into their warehouse to follow up, they told me to send it out next week but still not processing! Just liar!

Although my item was once damaged (minor), goods arrive safely in general.

Good choice to ship urgent stuffs (such as birthday gift for someone overseas)~

My package still not be shipped yet since SEPTEMBER 1st, the tracking system just shows no one at home no answer, but I am always at home they don't even make a phone call to receiver, and I asked the customer services to track it then no one responds where is my package goes just said is in Canada already than just cut down the line. It was really ridiculous.
