★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were super helpful and responsible. Cheaper compared to others. Packed shipments well and made sure they were covered nicely with bubble wrap, etc. Delivery was super fast, less than 2 weeks.
You can tell the company has way more businesses compared to the other shipping companies by looking at the volume of shipments sitting in their lobby.

Basically they don't care their customers at all. Two days ago I drove one hour and dropped a couple of baby formulas and paid everything for shipping as normal, today I got a call from their customer service telling me that the Chinese custom just cut off the import for all baby formulas. The solution I was given is to pay 2.5 times shipping fee, otherwise I have to go back and take everything back.
WHAT A RIP OFF!
First of all, if the custom rolled out a new policy, how can you pay more money to import the same product at all?
Secondly, if the alternative shipping is available, shouldn't the courier company to take care of the extra time and cost to maintain their business reputation?
After all, when I ask the company to honour their commitment and responsible for the sales they made to a loyal customer, they refused. The last thing the customer service told me is to file complain wherever and whatever I can, and she hung up...
Along with this review, I am going to file a complain with Richmond consumer protection office, notify the city's BBB, and I won't go back anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drop off my package on nov 2021 . 7 weeks past As of today my package still siting in warehouse.staff promised to deliver no late than new year when drop off. Now they suggested me to use ems with import duty fees paid on my own. Why would i bother to use this company at first place? Giving too many excuses each time when inquires.
Need a reasonable answer asap or will report to office of consumer affair of canada
