★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai détesté mon expérience. La vendeuse est beaucoup trop jeune et inexpérimenté. Essayez donc de poser des questions à une vendeuse qui à l'air d'une adolescente et qui clairement ne connait pas son produit. Complètement ridicule!
I hated my experience. The saleswoman is much too young and inexperienced. So try asking questions to a saleswoman who looks like a teenager and clearly does not know her product. Completely ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis consciente qu'il s'agit d'un produit qui ne peut-être retourné ou échangé et ce, pour des raisons évidentes par contre, j'ai pris la peine de m'informer en consultant une de vos employés afin de m'assurer d'acheter le bon produit. Je trouve tres malheureux que le produit recommander par votre employée ne fait pas a ma taille et j'estime que cette dernière ma faussement informé et ainsi fait dépenser près de 100$ pour rien. Il est de votre devoir de connaître vos produits et ainsi BIEN conseiller vos clients et non leur proposer des articles qui ne sont pas adaptés a leurs besoins. J'estime donc que dansle.cas present un remvoursement etait totalement justifiable.
I am aware that this is a product that cannot be returned or exchanged, for obvious reasons, however, I took the trouble to inform myself by consulting one of your employees in order to make sure you buy the right product. I find it very unfortunate that the product recommended by your employee does not fit my size and I believe that the latter falsely informed me and thus made me spend almost $ 100 for nothing. It is your duty to know your products and thus to advise your customers WELL and not to offer them articles which are not adapted to their needs. I therefore consider that in the present case a remedy was fully justifiable.

moi et ma conjointe ont se dit ont fait ça discrètement et ont veut faire ça vitte.
due à notre manque d'expérience ont dû s'informer.
nous faire servir par une jeune fille qui pourrait être notre fille, ont lui explique quond nas un budget.
ont s'est pas senti écouté du tout elle nous montre le plus chère. comme une pièce de voiture et c'est le meilleure quond regretterais pas, mais je continus à insister sur notre budget jusqu'au moment de prendre une grande respiration et lui répéter que nous avons pas les moyens.
ont nas trouver le personnelle très jeune très gênant pour deux vieux ???et vraiment pas sentis écouter
