★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fun time visiting with some friends. Solo employee was more than helpful in all areas of the store. It was only May, so the garden center wasn't open for business yet. Coffee was good, and it was nice to browse the fabric shop.

Other fabric suppliers just cash you out and off you go, but at Sew Crafy, the staff are interested in what you are making, offer helpful suggestions, always have time to look at finished projects and photos, offer interest and encouragement ( or praise), and sell a huge variety of top quality fabrics and supplies. There is also a great cafe attached and the drive in is gorgeous at all times of the year. A superb experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take the scenic drive to Rideau Ferry to visit this wonderful Quilt Shop that's open 7 days a week. (A rarity in North America ) Your hosts Sue and Fred are a delight with friendly service at a very reasonable price. Specializing in HandiQuilter machines and accessories they were able to repair our machine and return us back to worry free quilting. Highly recommend a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place. Lots of variety of materials, yarns, needles, sewing machines and parts and I believe they do repairs. Bought a quilting kit I cannot wait to start! Worth going to see ladies.
