Most recently, I've been seeing Charles for pain related to desk work and for strengthening exercises. He has been knowledgeable, insightful, and professional and has me back on track.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Charles for about 3 months to help with my lower back pain. I appreciated how detail focused he was during my assessment to determine the mechanics of my injury. Charles quickly came up with a treatment plan that was easy to stick to at home and I continue to follow today. Over the course of our appointments, I learned that he is quite a sporty individual whose passion lies in helping others get back to being active. Thanks Charles.

He was able to pinpoint the issue after doing a few tests, and got me back to normal in just a few weeks. Charles is cordial, knowledgeable, and was especially good at helping me understand what the issue was and how the treatments were helping.

Went to see him for an injured ankle, and he could pinpoint the causes of pain, easy tweaks to make things better as well as prescribed exercises which have strengthened weakened areas. I appreciate his care for patients, as well as an approach which empowers the patient in getting over injuries!

I very much appreciated Peter's attentiveness (as well as humor) during our sessions, and will forever be grateful for the various forms of treatment he provided. Seva’s front desk staff are friendly, the clinic is clean and well-run, and my memories are fond :) If you’re experiencing pain or discomfort, I urge you to try this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charles is an amazing physiotherapist. He is very knowledgeable, and since I am seeing him, he helped me so much and I improved a lot. He is patient and super friendly. Kate is one of the wonderful staff who is also super friendly and she welcomes everyone to this clinic. I highly recommend this wellness center.

Charles is a great physiotherapist, he was always engaged and actively listened to all the factors surrounding my injury. He suggested good strengthening exercises and was very helpful overall in my recovery process. Staff are all very friendly as well, and the online system made it super easy to reschedule my appointment last minute. Will definitely be going back in the future.
