Amazing, products have always been higher in quality than the dispensary across the street, the most amazing staff and always have daily discounts. It is my go to when going to a dispensary very friendly and always a great experience!

Enthusiastic staff & wide selection of goods. I wish there was a big menu to help me with my selection.

One plant is cheaper, sessions will price match but to do it every time is annoying. Just match one plant they are 1km away I just go there but I like the staff at sessions more. Why not make pricing the same one plant definitely pays more rent their overhead is much more expensive and for them to give cheaper price shows greed. Great staff fix that pricing!

Very disappointing to have to write this review as I have had great experiences at this location in the past, but my visit today along with the customer service experience with manager ‘Shantel’ left a very bad taste in my mouth. I visited this location at 2:30pm with two budtenders on the floor, who were both occupied with other customers. This is completely normal and fine as usually someone will be available shortly. However, merely 20 minutes pass with no one even ‘checking in’ or approaching me (as well other customers who have entered). At this point, I am a bit frustrated, so I ask one of the budtenders if anyone else is available to assist. Immediately, the manager ‘Shantel’ comes out from the back. I found this increasingly frustrating as the two workers did not think to seek out an extra body when assistance was clearly available and needed. Although thus far was a bit frustrating, I can understand as miscommunication can happen in the workplace. It is what occurs next and my experience with ‘Shantel’ that left me truly shocked and ultimately disappointed with this location. As ‘Shantel’ was cashing out my order, I calmly expressed my frustrations and overall disappointing experience I had that day, all in good faith towards appropriate customer feedback. All other staff I have talked to in the past have been super nice and helpful so I was shocked when Shantel’s response in a extremely condescending tone was “There’s already two workers here.” I was truly taken back by her response, as it expressed no sympathy nor understanding and took no attempt to take my feedback seriously. Rather than offering a response that would further the conversation to a more positive light (or even understanding), manager ‘Shantel’ chose to respond in a condescending tone, defensively, and overall inappropriately. I highly suggest she exercise a more appropriate manager- customer relationship moving forward. In lieu of any real customer service, a patronizing 10% discount code was offered for my next visit but declined. Once again, I have had great experiences at this location in the past, but my experience with manager ‘Shantel’ has left me hesitant and reluctant to visit this location again. TLDR: Location has a good track record but reluctant to ever return due to an extremely underwhelming and dissapointing customer service experience with manager 'Shantel.'

A great number of strains to choose from and the prices are great. The staff is helpful as well. I would recommend this store if you live in North York.

I buy all my loud and cartridges from here, due to the fact that they are generally cheaper and have more deals then other dispensary’s. They would get a 5 star IF!! There website prices actually matched the prices of there items in stores. For example a cart I wanted to buy was $38 on there website, you go into the store it’s effing $48!! Update your online prices to the real prices in your stores. At this point it’s false advertising!!! It is!!! Can’t deny it cause my boys said the same thing, that your prices aren’t the same all the time that are shown online.

Quick and easy location to visit just off steeles. Came in yesterday and was treated absolutely great! Had manny help me out choosing a few options and I loved his energy and hair ?. This shop is definitely on the higher end of shops, everything inside positively reflects that.
