m	mikeap1987 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to shop recently and I wasn't allowed inside, staff asked me to describe what I wanted while they searched for it and held it up in the window. A terrible way to shop. They didn't have what I wanted, and the staff were totally disinterested in helping, answering the phone in the middle of speaking to me. They didn't offer a website to browse or a catalogue so how could I decide on anything? It's always been hard to shop here, ever since the store was upstairs and they had the security door + camera and treated every customer like a thief, who steals bongs or robs a head shop? I bought so many things here that came with mis-matched parts, or without original packaging, or that broke without even using. Everything stocked here looks like it was chosen more for cosmetics over function, just to catch your eye. The paper prices are insane and the glassware is about the same as most convenience stores have these days.

I'm kinda new to all this stuff and was feeling a bit embarrassed cause when the worker, her name was Christine, came to the door, I really didn't know what I wanted or needed. She was so nice, patient and helpful. Definitely recommend

C	Carlos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, questionable bong quality. 4 stars for service as I was kindly greeted and had all my questions answered when looking for a bong. I ended up with a Legendary Glass 7mm 16 inch bong with a percolator for 113 after taxes. Unfortunately, the decals of the bong had already started chipping off when I was cleaning it for first use. Not really a big deal since it doesn't affect functionality, but still a bummer. I would still recommend this store as they have a large selection of bongs, accessories and products.

I'm not a fan of the organic papers. I asked bella if the new papers were similar to the organic classics and she told me no. So I ended up buying alot of packs. And after smoking it, it's no different. They suck. And after I told her that I hated the organics I wish she would have told me straight up they are the same as the others because I would have stuck to the classics. It's My fault tho because u can't trust others opinions especially sales reps. Other then that she introduced me to slim filters and I love them so much. I'm disappointed tho because I have all these papers and I hate them. I can't even smoke it so it was a waste

Disappointed they r moving to bathurst and sheppard which is very far for me compared to yonge n steeles. Regardless i still will pop in when i need to. Thanks for always being there when i would break my glass ?

The store itself is a lot bigger than it was on my last visit as they've expanded the store towards the rear of the building so there's a lot more room & more product than ever before. The prices are fair game when compared to other Head Shops in the city. There is no parking on-site, however, there's ample parking across the street at Centerpoint Mall & it's just a quick crossing of Yonge Street at a streetlight to get to Havoc
