I needed an arrangement and Wisteria went out of their way to understand the space where the arrangement would be placed and to chose the right colors and flowers that worked beautifully together. I went back a week later to purchase an orchid for my dad. The orchid was healthy, its flowers were much larger and the florist added personal touches at no extra charge. My dad loved it!!! I would highly recommend using Wisteria if you want quality and unique designs.

I have been asked many times where I get the arrangements from as they are so tastefully done. Co workers and friends I have sent there have nothing but good things to say. As for price it is very reasonable for the quality time and effort put in to the arrangements. It is clear from all the reviews on here Wisteria exceeds expectations!

Customer service was exceptional and was really pleased with the delivery service. Highly recommend this company and will be placing any future floral orders with them!

Had a very nice conversation and discussed my order with specific flowers. Agreed for the price and proceeded with my order. Was completely shocked when my friend sent me photo of the flowers that she received... it's beautiful but it doesn't cost $120.00 It was 3 peons and a little of green arrangement.. I called to the store and asked what i was charged for - so flowers itself with arrangement was around $60.00 - rest was vase, labor - to make a flower arrangement and delivery - even though the delivery destination just a walking distance... First was I was offered for my satisfaction to collect the flowers form the recipient and refund my money.... Nice offer - imagine after receiving the flowers for your Birthday you have to give them back... I was completely shocked after this offer and just hanged up... The girl called me back and was upset with my rude behavior,..and offered me $20.00 refund - that I didn't received. So my message is here - be careful when you ordering form this store over the phone... it’s obviously didn't meet my expectations... .

My sister and I really appreciated the little touches like the hand-written note and the glass vase; my sister thought the flowers were so fresh and perfect she initially mistook them for fake flowers!

She has made funeral arrangements (she did casket sprays for both of my grandparents) as well as smaller arrangements for my family. I recently had Debbie make a beautiful arrangement for my mother after she had surgery and believe it or not 3 weeks later some of the flowers are still looking just as beautiful as when we picked up the arrangement (Gerbera Daisy being one of them). If you are looking for a florist in the Thornhill area you will NOT be disappointed, I can promise you that!!! I have attached a few pictures of what Debbie has done for us..
