Super annoying that all Servus branches close at 5. Most people get off work at 5pm how are we supposed to make it before close?

Dax helped me out at this branch. He was fantastic and made the process simple and easy. Very happy with with the service I received.

Walk in at this branch, my branch to deposit $4500 and the teller asked me if I sold my car or something, a way to ask me to justify the origin of funds. I just say no. She then turn on to say it is above her limit and she went and talk to her manager. A minute later she came back telling me she has to ask me where the money come from. I told her, because the amount was below the legal limit of $5000, There was no obligation for me to e explaining where I got 4500. She say they can ask for any amount. I said ok...what does your procedure say about the conditions that trigger the question. She replied that she won't disclose her procedure. I said there is a federal limit($5000) where the bank has to start asking questions and that as a business operating in Canada they should obey the law .....forgetting it is a credit union and am a member....tomorrow I'll call and ask about the procedure

One of the managers (Jody) talked down to me in a way I've never experienced before at any bank. I don't believe "the customer is always right," but I do believe I deserve to be respected.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Have a card for work. Called to dispute a charge. Was told I needed a new card now. They charged me $100 to rush it. They forgot to send a PIN. Took 3 phone calls and over 2 weeks to get them to send a PIN. Card still didn't work. Had to call back. Apparently they sent my OLD PIN?! It wasn't the same PIN though. Had to go through to another line and change my PIN. Now I have to go into a branch to activate the new PIN?! It's been over 2 weeks since I've been able to use my work card and they refuse to reimburse the $100 rush fee lol Worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere, in my entire life. Save yourselves all the headache, anger and rage and just do business elsewhere. Seriously. I'd like to rate them -1000 stars if I could. All they say on the phone is how sorry they are for your inconvience. Because that's all they know how to say. They are absolutely USELESS.

Closed my account a year ago. Wish I could give 0 stars. Teller insulted me everytime I had to go there. I would steer clear of this bank. Worst experience I have ever had.

Servus Credit Union is the best bank ever. I had experienced serious problem, but the manager and his co-worker provided me the fastest way to solve the struggle I've had. Throughout this situation, I fully trust them as a member of Servus Credit Union. I really appreciate their efforts and ways they have provided for me. Thanks.

Joyce helped me out today and I was super impressed. I usually bank with Cibc but Servus seems to care a lot about customer service and I am going to switch now
