We just lost out on money that they basically stole from us because they decided to bounce our vehicle payment for absolutely no reason when the money was in the account and now will not do anything about it. They are also lieing and trying to pur words into our mouths saying qe said stuff that we never said to them. We have been nothing but faithful customers here for years and due to this situation we will be switching banks ASAP and never dealing with these people again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have dealt with the Credit Union for decades. We are VERY satisfied with both the products they offer, as well as the service we receive. Most of our banking is done online, or through phone interviews, but when we deal in person we find the staff to be friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made the mistake of making this my home branch. I have been told 4 times in the last month they would call me. No response! They have been illegally not releasing my money.
Edit: they charged me another "nsf fee" even though there was enough money in my account since this review.

Lacomve branch since 2012. I have never had any reason to switch banks. Lacombe branch has always treated me good and Servus as a whole as well.
