Il a pris le temps de faire les recherches afin de voir quel était le problème et de me proposer des solutions, au téléphone. Très professionnel et courtois, service rapide. Je n'hésiterai pas à le recontacter dans le futur si j'ai besoin de réparer un de mes électroménagers! Merci Michel!
I called Mr. Lapointe following an error message that appeared on my stove. He took the time to do the research to see what the problem was and to suggest solutions to me over the phone. Very professional and courteous, prompt service. I will not hesitate to contact him again in the future if I need to repair one of my appliances! Thank you Michel!
