★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is one employee at the service desk who is very difficult to deal with. Every time I've had to deal with them they always try and find the slightest thing wrong with the paperwork rather than try and work with me to find a solution. I've heard this from others who've had a similar experience. Otherwise the rest of the staff are very good to deal with in there.

The lady closed her till as soon as I walked up to it and just said I would have to wait.
When I was helped the lady that was working was very polite and kind, and she answered all my questions. Glad she helped me, once I waited! Also I had no idea they offered so many services - thought they only offered vehicle and health card things. See photo below!
