★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could I would give this organization no stars. Its Housing Services is operated by an unbelievably incompetent manager, who has no respect for clients. The CAO is arrogant, a thug and a bully, thus this is the culture of the organization. The Board members sanction the very unprofessional behaviour of these abusive employees and ignores complaints about the dysfunctional management. Board meeting minutes haven't been posted for several months and therefore there is no transparency and accountability to the public. It's a corrupt organization that requires the provincial government to step in and take control, and change its management and Board of Directors.
