★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the only service ontario I've ever been to that requires an appointment, and if you show up and they're empty they still won't take you. Must be nice to work at a place that requires appointments so that you won't take people when they rush there after work even if no one is there being served at the moment. Gave one star only because zero isn't an option. And the one time I did get in the worker was rude because I guess she had to work right to closing time almost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to pay for parking at the lot behind the building. There's an older grumpy male security guard and a friendly younger female security guard. Didn't have an appointment but was still able to enter after all the folks with appointments entered first. The staff at the service desks were helpful. Good experience overall!

Aug 24th. The 50's gentleman manning
door was very helpful to my daughter
& infant grandson who'd lost all their ID.
Dark-haired lady working reception very
nice and Dylan at the counter was very
patient dealing with us. Well worth the
drive from Collingwood ! Thanks again !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here before and recieved great customer service always pretty quick service whenever I come to this location the 1 star is for my most recent experience. I pray for you all you do not get Jennifer as your agent she is a piece of work...I can go into details but it will be long and drawn out I will say if you go there with your 16 yo make sure you don't answer any questions for your child or you will be asked to sit down in a very rude manner and if I am around I will have to put Jennifer in her place again. Oh and the staff obvioulsly doesn't know it but to obtain a photo id card you can use a school id card as one of your proof of identity, as long as there is a place for a signature. Jennifer I am sorry you did not know this and I did...maybe read your manual a little better might help ya out. Service ontario website gave me all the info I needed.
