A	Allan McElroy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to get service here before I moved. wait time is average depending on time of day (busy). Marylin was a sweetheart: very friendly and professional. Once I did my M1 basic written test for motorcycle. Had to wait roughly 1 hr, however it was a full room due to everyone coming in at lunch time. Still got it done ( and my boss let me have a quick bite afterward).

T	Tracey C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girls in this office are fantastic! They have helped me out of more than one pinch! I see people in these reviews complaining about wait times and poor service. In my experience the only time you cant get what you came in for accomplished, is when you are ill prepared. These girls are working really hard and taking unwarranted abuse daily because people dont like waiting. Be angry at covid ...not the people who are trying to help you. They still manage to greet each new customer pleasantly and do their best to help you with whatever your issue is! I would have walked long ago when I see the way these ladies have been treated. Keep on keeping on ladies...most people appreciate all you do for us! Thank you!
J	John Rest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a classic car nearby and did the transfer at this Service Ontario location. Unbeknownst to us, an appraisal is required for vehicles over 30 years old. One of the ladies recommended a local garage - Michelson's - and gave us directions. They were able to do it on the spot and we were soon back with the ladies finishing the transfer. An excellent experience all around. Everyone at this location was kind, polite and professional.
S	Shawn Stewart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very friendly and efficient. Only complaint was that if your mission statement (posted on the wall) is for high quality customer service then the opening hours should be honoured and not unlocking the door late.

It wasn't untill after 11 that I got to speak with the one person working. All that said, once I got to the counter the lady was efficient and knew exactly what I needed. Hopefully they hire more people soon?
