★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I phone for reservation, nobody answer. But they called me back in two mins and apologized for missed our call. The room was a little small but was nice and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is nice, it is very clean, or the only thing is that there is no food service to the rooms, that makes it difficult for my boss to pay the travel expenses. Good coffee and very attentive staff. I would definitely stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very pleasant weekend for my birthday, lovely place to stay. The gentleman owner was informative about places and Karen on the initial booking and checking out was great.
Certainly will be staying again for a 3rd visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was what I expected.Clean and comfortable. Coffee is horrible. I hate powdered creamer. There was no USB ports available. I thought there would be so had no plug in with me. I had to charge me phone in the car. Thats the worst of it. All in all, not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is centrally located to everything, very close to the downtown and its easy to find. Checkin was easy, staff friendly and helpful.
The room was a little dated but comfortable. The bed was comfortable which is important. The hotel was full for the weekend and noise was usual - could hear doors slamming but that was it, no room noise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay here every time we come to town. It’s a bit dated but the beds are comfy. Bathrooms could use an update but function fine and at the end of the day it really is just to sleep in. Staff has always been pleasant. Overlooking Madawaska River and Horseshoe falls from the second floor is always cool too.
