I was there with my elderly mother and he could not have been more helpful. Others could learn a lesson from his customer service. A real gift to you.
M	Meghana devi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, terrible service from the staff and security. The receptionist saw my documents and gave me a form to fill and sent me to a counter. Its at the counter, the employee did not seem to help me in anyway and kept telling me to visit ministry of health website to know about the documents I need to get, despite the fact that the receptionist found the documents okay. The person at the counter was rude and did not seem to help at all as he was lazy enough not to work at the end of day and came up with dumb excuses to reject my documents. The security guard was awful too as he insisted me to leave the building and stand in the cold while I was waiting for my ride. I would never go back to this place nor would encourage anyone to visit this place

I felt so bad that he had to go through so much work but eventually we got everything straightened out and he remained pleasant and helpful the whole time. There were only 4 counters functional but the counter guy was really nice and patient with me even though I stuttered and couldn't say some things properly. It took me just 10 minutes to get my photo card process done. It was as easy as it gets. 5/5 for my experience.
