★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience here. Only been a few times but the staff are all friendly and patient. I haven't had anything major to change but have witnessed staff interact with difficult customers as well as ESL customers. Very professional and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person attending to me was very thoughtful and very quick to get the job done. I had to renew my license, and plates, health card and get a plate for a trailer. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great service and a pleasant experience for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with the gentlemen, why have for a phone unless you are going to answer it. Paris office is great. They actually answer their phone, listen to your inquiry/concern and give what direction they can. I called Brantford but only received a recording. I was not going to drive to their office if it wasn't necessary. I had a simple question, wanting only to ask if I could leave a form with there office as per direction of the representative from Service Ontario in Ottawa. Still wondering! Maybe they need to change up their customer service delivery (currently there is no service)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an issue with my DZ that was a problem partly created by Drivetest. I got great help and service from the staff at this Service On location. I believe the name was Melinda who went above and beyond to assist me. I really appreciate the time and effort she made.
