★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'étais poigné à Thetford Mines, 42 minutes de ce garage à cause de mon démarreur de mon camion qui ne fonctionnait plus. Le gars au téléphone m'avait aussi dit que le temps de voyage était de 45 minutes. Finalement, quand le mécanicien est arrivé, il a pris 25 minutes pour démarrer mon camion avec un fil. Une fois fini, il a stationné sa camionnette et je ne sais pas ce qu'il faisait, mais j'ai appelé la shop et j'étais prêt à payer, mais ils m'ont dit d'attendre car ils ont besoin du rapport du mécanicien. Ça devait être seulement 2 heures, mais ils m'ont chargé 3 heures, ils m'ont chargé aussi pour l'utilisation d'outils, un filage. APPELLEZ PAS CETTE COMPAGNIE POUR LE SERVICE ROUTIER, C'EST EST UNE GANG DE VOLEURS. J'ÉTAIS EXPOSÉDE PAYER MAXIMUM 400$, MAIS ILS ONT CHARGÉ 637$. GANG DE VOLEURS.
I was caught in Thetford Mines, 42 minutes from this garage because of my starter on my truck which no longer worked. The guy on the phone also told me the travel time was 45 minutes. Eventually when the mechanic arrived it took 25 minutes to start my truck with a wire. When finished he parked his van and I don't know what he was doing but I called the shop and was ready to pay but they told me to wait because they need the report of the mechanic. It must have been only 2 hours, but they charged me 3 hours, they also charged me for using tools, for spinning. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR ROAD SERVICE, IT IS A GANG OF THIEVES. I WAS EXPOSED TO PAY MAXIMUM $ 400, BUT THEY CHARGED $ 637. GANG OF THIEVES.
