★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas sérieux!! On réserve une location assez tôt et tout est confirmé puis quand on vient la chercher ... oups on l'a loué à quelqu'un d'autres.
Not serious!! We reserve a rental early enough and everything is confirmed then when we come to pick it up ... oops we rented it to someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'employé qui s'appelle Roger est vraiment très bête et même désobligeant... Il rit de nous si on comprend pas. Quand on m'a servi du propane avec un autre employé, pas de problème mais l'employé qui s'appelle Roger... Juste à cause de lui, je n'irai pu dans ce magasin.
The employee named Roger is really very silly and even unkind ... He laughs at us if we do not understand. When I was served propane with another employee, no problem but the employee named Roger ... Just because of him, I will not go to this store.

J'ai loué une machine qui ne fonctionnait pas, lorsque je l'ai retourné, j'ai dû payer quand même!!
The person by the name of Roger at the reception greets us with a big silly air, barely answers questions and clearly shows us that he does not want to see us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service à la clientèle médiocre! Le monsieur qui nous a répondu est très bête et en plus on m'a fait payer près de 100$ de plus que le prix convenu au départ. Entreprise a éviter! P.s j'ai mis une étoile mais si j'avais pus j'en aurais pas mis du tout.
Poor customer service! The gentleman who answered us is very stupid and in addition I was made to pay nearly $ 100 more than the price initially agreed. Company to avoid! P.s I put a star but if I had been able I would not have put any at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service pathétique. Lundi le 5 juillet, je réserve un tracteur JD 1023E pour la fin de semaine suivante avec livraison sur dépôt de 500$. Mon opérateur était engagé pour le vendredi soir. Le tracteur n'est jamais arrivé et il a été loué à quelqu'un d'autre. J'ai été me faire rembourser le samedi matin a 8h. Ils n'ont voulu négocier aucun accomodement. J'ai dû payer mon opérateur quand même et Roger m'a dit que c'était pas son problème... j'en reviens pas encore
Réponse: Jérôme Antaya. Tu peux l'effacer ma fiche client, je metterai plus jamais les pieds dans votre magasin.
Pathetic service. Monday July 5, I reserve a JD 1023E tractor for the following weekend with delivery on deposit of $ 500. My operator was hired for Friday evening. The tractor never arrived and it was rented to someone else. I was reimbursed on Saturday morning at 8 a.m. They did not want to negotiate any accommodation. I had to pay my operator anyway and Roger told me that it was not his problem ... I still can't believe it
