J'y retourne aujourd'hui et le.commis me dit que ma bombonne est passée date depuis 2008 et qu'il n'y a rien d'autre à faire que d'en acheter une neuve à 80$ je ne me ferai plus jamais avoir pr Rapid Gaz! I bought a canister last spring at the Canadian Tire service station in Rouyn. I had to fill it up last summer with no problem. I am going back there today and the clerk tells me that my bottle has passed date since 2008 and that there is nothing else to do than buy a new one for 80 $ I will not do it anymore. never have taken Rapid Gaz!

Je ne veux pas d'autre remplissage parce que mon bbq ne fonctionne plus. Je veux ramener la bouteille mais on ne me remet pas mon dépôt?@$!^%#. En plua les coordonnées des points de dépôt ne sont même pas à jour, j'ai du faire 3 endroits pour me faire répondre. J'ai appelé le s.c. de rapidgaz et la.personne ne pouvait même pas me répondre. Je comptais reprendre le service lorsque je me procurerais un nouveau bbq, mais vous n'aurez plus un sous de ma part. Vous devriez revoir la notion de valeur à vie de votre clientèle... We are made to pay a deposit for the bottle and from one exchange to another, we are always credited with the amount of the bottle. I don't want another fill because my bbq is no longer working. I want to bring the bottle back but I am not getting my deposit back? @ $! ^% #. In addition, the contact details of the drop-off points are not even up to date, I had to do 3 places to get an answer. I called rapidgaz s.c. and the person couldn't even answer me. I was planning to resume service when I got a new bbq, but you won't have a penny from me. You should review the concept of lifetime value of your customers ...
P	Pat Beaulieu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils ne reprennent plus leur propre bombonne (souvent passée date) en échange si l'étiquette est enlevée, donc aujourd'hui je suis allé me chercher une bombonne toute neuve. Fini rapidgaz ! They no longer take back their own tank (often outdated) in exchange if the label is removed, so today I went to get myself a brand new tank. Finished rapidgaz!
c	cauchons on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acheter du propane a 3 fois le prix un dimanche soir je nai aucun probleme avec cela, mais vous charger 60$ la premiere fois et 25$ le remplissage mais quand on veux sortir de ce cercle vicieux de propane a prix exorbitant, on veux remettre notre bonbonne et vous ne remboursé aucun depot sur celle-ci. Du vrai vol! Buying propane at 3 times the price on a Sunday night I have no problem with that, but charging you $60 the first time and $25 the refill but when we want to get out of this vicious circle of exorbitantly priced propane, we want to put our canister and you will not refund any deposit on it. Real flight!

d	dave levesque on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In NB when you buy a Rapid Gaz propane tank at Irving, it's either near expired or in recent case expired in 2018. Now, the worst thing is, the clerk at Irving station told me he won't refill or even EXCHANGE an expired tank. Rapid gaz is a scam! This company should be brought to justice.
