★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On m’a charger 110$ au lieu de 95$ ce qui était affiché sur la pompe. Quand j’ai demander pourquoi il m’a dit impossible que j’ai vue 95$. Sauf que même vide c’est impossible que 100$ entre dans mon véhicule. On m’a pas donner de reçu pour voir le nombre le litre mit a ce moment
 I was charged $110 instead of $95 which was displayed on the pump. When I asked why he told me impossible I saw $95. Except that even empty it is impossible for $100 to enter my vehicle. I was not given a receipt to see the number per liter put at this time

La première fois, je lui trouvais des excuses, je travaille depuis longtemps dans le service a clientèle, alors je me disais qu'il avait eu une mauvaise journée, des clients désagréables.
Mais aujourd'hui, encore la même chose. Extrêmement bête et très arrogant envers moi. Aucune marque de politesse, un ton impatient et exaspéré, comme si je le dérangerais. Lui dire bonne soirée et me faire répondre " ça me fait presque plaisir " du ton ironique, c'est trop.
Alors, je mets 2 étoiles pour les autres employés qui m'ont servis avec le sourire. Je trouve simplement dommage de me faire traiter de la sorte par un employé. Pour cet employé précis, le service mérite zéro..

The first time, I made excuses for him, I've been in customer service for a long time, so I figured he had a bad day, unpleasant customers.
But today, again the same thing. Extremely stupid and very arrogant towards me. No mark of politeness, an impatient and exasperated tone, as if I would disturb him. Say good evening to him and make me answer "it almost makes me happy" in an ironic tone, it's too much.
So, I put 2 stars for the other employees who served me with a smile. I just find it a shame to be treated like this by an employee. For this specific employee, service deserves zero.
