★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yikes!! Wrong information regarding plate renewal!--! Thank goodness the O.P.P believed me and gave me a warning. Please know your information before telling people when plate renewal occurs. I asked 2x if you were sure and you said I had a 2 year renewal. Not accurate. Not cool. Consumer needed to be better informed. I will know for next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so happy to have a local Service Canada available to get passports. I wish I had gotten the womans name who helped me because she was so pleasant. She checked over everything but it was still super quick in and out. Though wait for passport delivery is longer than other Service Canada locations. I'm not in a rush so that doesn't matter to me. Also there is free parking behind the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dec. 2.2, 2021 Website stated that the office was open. Drove 45mins to find that the office was closed, indefinitely, because of Covid.concerns. If the LCBO and the Beer Store and Walmart is open, there is no reason this Service Canada office should be closed.
