S	Susan Koning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After about 5 years of following the instructions of the staff at Service Canada regarding my Health card, one staff member then informed me that they had given me wrong instructions that whole time (from multiple agents) and then took away my health card. I unfortunately had to deal with this agent again who acted as a bureaucrat on a power trip. My experience was that the staff are uninformed and unknowledgeable. They take no responsibility for their mistakes and of course I am the one who was penalized for following their incorrect instructions.

J	Julie Pigeon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointments only offered if you need a passport or SIN. Otherwise it's a 3+ hour wait on any given day. Staff may try and be friendly but the whole situation is frustrating, especially when told to call the 1-800 number.

The lady helping me was very rude and assumed I needed to be educated about the Canadian healthcare system. Her tone was very belittling, and at the time I didn't say anything but I'm still really upset. I went in to renew my health card and she was scolding me like I was a child. She had a sarcastic and disrespectful tone, implying I didn't know about the healthcare system I was born into. The covert racism was not okay. She was very tall and was working at the desk on Monday March 21 around 1 PM.
C	Chaotic Atmosphere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do yourself a favour and make an appointment. Don't just walk in unless you want to spend 2+ hours waiting to get what you want done. I still give 5 stars because they're still doing their jobs the best they can. But I reiterate, make an appointment.
K	Kaveesha Rathnasekara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited nearly 2 hours outside and nearly 1 hour inside as well to get the SIN. However, the staff was very friendly, patient and helpful. Other than the long waiting time outside, everything was pretty good. If you have an appointment, you could avoid queues which I didn't know by the time I got there.
