Have to wait like 5 hours to show some additional documents for my son’s passport application. I would have given them 0 star if there was an option. ????

T	Traci Gibeault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to this location in person to submit passport application. Was given file number and expected mail date for passport along with $160.00 fee. Several weeks have gone by and no passport. I called the Passport line to be told there is no record of my file, not in system and perhaps never submitted by this Service Canada location. There is nothing that can be done for me except perhaps going back to the service canada location to speak with them. Wow this will be another day wasted sitting for hours just to ask this office what they did with my file.
T	Tiffany Hong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this location. I came here to submit a passport application for my son on July 13, 2021. Two months later, I followed up on its status and they couldn't find the application or his original birth certificate and photos. They also could not confirm if it was ever even sent to the Passport office for processing and the Passport office has no record of the application. They seem very unorganized and the personnel working there are not experienced. I would recommend going to another location if you need something done correctly.
