★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very helpful at all get told to head to one of these offices to get your passport done early and get here and they tell you that you have to wait as your travel is too close and won't be able to get your passport before the end of July so to wait for the 25 days out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had David help us with passport application. His customer service and attitude was exceptionally good. He was clear, very friendly, ensured we understood all options and expectations. He was willing to help us with passport appt. If we needed one.
My bf said this was the best experience he's ever had in a govt office. Thank you David!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find Mr. Officer at Window 7 yesterday afternoon not so friendly and helpful at all or maybe he just don't know much on his job. He first served the lady who just waited there for less than 5 minutes and yet I've been there more than half an hour past my appointment. I was hoping to be called by the male officer at Window 4 because I heard him giving lots of information to his client but sadly, I have been called by Mr. Officer at Window 7.
I just wasted my time there. Didn't get any answer to my questions.
I don't recommend this place especially with that officer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having an awful experience at the downtown office, I drove to this location. Staff are very pleasant, well informed and empathetic. They turned me away explaining steps to take and when I came back the following day, I was greeted with the same outstanding service from other staff. I wish the downtown location would learn a thing or two from these folks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I can say is the agents at this location are extraordinary! Both ladies who are doing security were very lovely. My first chat was with Ray who was very informative, friendly and professional. Then I got to be at Andrea's booth who was just divine. It's rare to have such experience in a busy place like this. I was treated with so much positivity, I thought I was already on my vacation. Thank you for the outstanding experience you provided!
