Even the line is not long, you still need to wait for 30 minutes or so to see the agent. How many people an agent serves the public each day on average? Does the management track the agent’s efficiency for annual performance review?
S	Sandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and quick service. My application was completed by the assigned employee in less than 10 minutes. Less waiting time compared to Service Canada in downtown. Monday mornings will be bit crowded but the employees try to serve everyone quickly.

B	B Joseph on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very impressed. Waited 2.5 hours before I was called. They told me not to wait in the building. Then when they called, they said, "where are you?" They were not very customer oriented. Please tell your staff that Canadians pay for their salary. A bit of respect is warrented.
J	James Simpson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't expect to receive any quality service despite the name of "Service Canada". Be prepared to wait in line only to be told you should have made an appointment while employees angrily point to a crudely taped poster on the wall.
K	Kanwar Sukhbir Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service canada is inside the mall. We got there around 8:15 am, but there still were 7-8 people in lime before us, so of you walk in reach before 8 am. Also my recommendation would be to book an appointment in advance as people who had booked an appointment were given a preference over the line of customers in walk in line. When we were there on a weekday, the line moved really slowly and we reached at 8:15am and got our turn at 11am. So plan accordingly and either book an appointment in advance or get into walk-in line early or use online services if possible. On your turn the staff is pretty thorough with helping you with your work.
V	Virendra Pratap Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with an appointment to gather my SIN. A security checked asked about our vaccination status and if I am suffering from any Covid symptoms. Post that he pointed me to reception where they verified my appointment and asked me to show my ID. A gentleman then escorted me to a cubicle and gave me a simple form to fill, asked a few questions and my SIN was handed to me. The entire process took less than 15 mins. There was not much rush and things were organised very properly.
