S	Sabrina L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got here this morning at 7:15, and was the third person in line. Lots more people began arriving after 7:30-8. Highly recommend bringing a foldable lawn chair and blanket if waiting in the cold. Minutes to opening time (8:30), security went around and asked for the service you were there for and if you have the documents. Once inside, very friendly staff and efficient office. Was in and out within 25 mins for children’s passport application. Keep in mind, its not a passport office, so they are not able to rush passport applications/renewals. Its a service canada office but can process and send off your application if you prefer in person. Passport will arrive in about 25-30 days. It was worth the drive up north from the GTA.

Out of 9 cubicals just 3 of them were active, a long lineup out there, elder people, pregnant women are standing on their feet for minimum 2.5 hours to get to the cubical to be served! And it is Monday morning Apr. 25, 2022. Very disappointing.
A	Andrea Szabo-Kirchmayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude service. My husband asked for an appointment weeks ago and got one for today, December 31. He arrived with all necessary documents for his passport application including an official letter explaining that his previous passport was cancelled. The person serving him had no clue how to deal with his case. Plus they said they don’t serve in person because the rules changed 2 days ago. In reality the staff here just didn’t want to work today. Also, they gave mailing instructions that weren’t aligned with the instructions found online on the official government website. They said it’s ok to mail a copy of my husband’s certificate of citizenship (signed by guarantor) but the official form obviously states that we need to send the original if we submit his application in mail. The main reason for us to choose an in person appointment was that we don’t want to mail valuable original documents. In conclusion: rude, lazy service and not a reliable source for information.
N	N A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give 5 stars to the very patient and polite girl named “Maha” who served us today at this location. - Today was a rainy one, We got here at 10:10 am, 20 pp ahead of us and we were inside about 11. Unfortunately, I didn’t know that my guarantor has to sign in the back of my picture, so if you are applying for your first passport, “DO NOT FORGET TO HAVE ONE OF YOUR PHOTO SIGNED BY YOUR GUARANTOR .“ So the lady at the front who checks applications asked us to leave! - We came back at 2:15 pm and only 3 people were in the line we got inside after 5 -7 minutes. This time we waited for less than 5 minutes in the waiting area and after Maha called our name and she proceeded with our application it took about 25 minutes so we were out by 3 pm. And they said it takes about 25 business days to send us the passport

Particularly the lady, Jessica who worked on our applications, is very knowledgeable and very helpful. When she processed our cases, noticed our special situation and suggested us to do two things more. It saves our two trips of visiting the office again.
T	Thomas S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at 7:40am and was 14th in line. I was in and out by 9:40am getting my daughter's passport renewed. The SC greeter was thorough and pleasant. I dealt with SC employee at kiosk #2 and she was awesome...great personality and very efficient. Despite the wait it was a positive experience.
N	Noor Abdul-Karim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived around 8:10AM and there were about 40 people ahead of me already. Most of the waiting time was outside, luckily it was a lovely day. Security spoke to each individual to make sure what they are there for and if they provide the service they needed (I had to renew my passport and apply for my sons passport). I made it inside the building around 10:40 AM. Once inside, someone will ask what you are there for and confirm by looking through your documents to make sure you have everything. Masks are required. There are chairs spaced out 2meters from eachother (about 7-8 chairs). Out of the 8 or 9 booths, there were about 4 open. I believe more booths opened layer on, not sure. I left the building around 11:30. About 3.5 hours overall. The lady who helped me was super nice and there were no issues other than the waiting time. Just make sure you have all your documents before standing in line.
J	Jimmy Yin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got here to line up at 8:05am before the centre opened. There were already 10 people lined up already. The doors opened at 8:30am and I was able to get inside by 8:40am. You first go through a screener that checks if you have all the proper documents. Make sure you do all your homework and bring everything required to get what you came done. If not, they send you away no matter how long you've waited. I witnessed 3 individuals sent away in my short time inside. Anyway, after passing the screener, I was seated at the waiting area for about 10 mins until someone called me. There were about 6 counters open out of 8 in total today. The lady that helped me was quick and efficient. She wasn't really friendly though, she wasn't open to having small talk. Nevertheless, she helped me renew a passport in about 10 mins and I was out by 9:05am. 1 hour in total. Not too bad compared to the nightmares I have been hearing about in the GTA.
