★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprised by all the negativity as my experience was excellent. I had to go there twice, and both times I was greeted with courtesy and a smile. Very helpful, listened to everything I had to say (my situation was complicated) and gave me excellent advice. Maybe the locals here aren't used to dealing with these kinds of places in major cities, where hours of wait time & grumpy people 'helping' you are the norm!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love how the "public servants" work only on days that most eople work and the hours that most people work, now I have to take time off losing money, to renew a card the government requires to identify my person for health services. Maybe try being open Saturday's to serve people who can't afford to take a weekday off to go sit in queue, waiting for your attention.
