★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow staff, didn't help at all, I went in with a legit problem that I've been having with their system for the last 2 months. Being fully knowledgeable with what I had to do ( After talking to a ministry worker on the phone for a solid hour ) the lady behind the desk decided to tell me what I had to do instead which was completely wrong. When I tried to explain it to her she basically brushed me off and tried to continue on to the next person. In their defense this women is new, some overweight blonde chick with little to no knowledge of the system or how things works. Must have been hired within the last few months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, the ministry workers are very kind amd helpful, and understanding. They also give great advice, and are genuinely caring. Fast and efficient service, you may have to wait up to 20 minutes (not going to lie.) But what's the big deal in waiting for 20 minutes tops? Especially when you'll get excellent care. -Audrey.
