Waiting outside their door too long when dropping off and picking up, calling ahead and speaking to them on four different occasions, and having to pay diagnostic fee even though it was a simple issue they did not ask me about before bringing my item in, was very upsetting.
If they asked me over the phone if I tried doing an update, that would have solved the problem without my having to pay over $50 with taxes. I understand they have to pay their tech to do the diagnostic, but ask people if they’ve done the simple things to avoid the money grab. Consumers, Beware

They arrange for equipment to be picked up and dropped off, which relieves the pressure on our time sensitive repairs. If you want a company who understands your hardware and servicing requirements, then I highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.
