★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm having a really hard time with this place as I've heard nothing but good things about them but my experience so far is to the contrary as we are supposed to have phone conferences and the doctor is not making those calls and missing his appointments and not calling me to tell me, end up waiting weeks for prescription to be properly filled. They don't really seem to care about the patient at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies at the front desk are rude and cut you off instead of Listening to you. Learning phone etiquette would be nice instead of always cutting the patient off when talking. A return phone call would be nice instead of waiting two weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Subaru is absolutely amazing. If you truly want to get better and stay better he is the psychiatrist you want to see. He is a nice guy and very smart, he's not a pushover so be ready to actually put some work into getting better. He doesn't rush you either. He works with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional if office staff refuse allow you to leave messages. Also if you have to give out your personal number in order for my husband to get through to someone AFTER 1pm I think you need to re-evaluate things. Being organized wouldn't hurt either. Also have not received a diagnosis after 6 months of scatter-brained appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had a good experience so far. First time seeing this kind of doctor. Been great so far. Took the time to listen to my life so far and not just pushing medication on me. Giving me time to think about it. Couldn’t be thankful enough my gp put in the referral

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started off really good with Dr. Subaru. Last time i went in he raised his voice at me for not knowing the correct name of a long list of pills, so i just referred to it as (the orange pill) knowing he full well has a list of every medication i take. Anyways after all this i had started sobbing just because you go there in a vulnerable state so i was in no way prepared to get screamed at by my psych. After about 15 seconds of trying to regroup myself, he told me “he doesn’t have all the day in the world to watch me cry.” I took it upon myself to walk out of the office and will never be returning. Talked to many peers/acquaintance’s about this just to quickly learn i was not Dr. Subaru’s first victim of taking his anger out on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely hate having to go through this Clinic. My phone appointments are always late, never can get through when calling (like 15-45 mins late with never an apology) or they call last minute when somethings ready for pick up and then get mad at me for not being able to get there on time. My doctor refuses to look into any other diagnosis except for anxiety and depression because according to him (in the maybe 45 mins that he seen me in person) there is no way anything else is wrong with me (although clearly presenting signs and symptoms of what Im asking about).
Really wish I had a different option for a psychiatrist one that actually cared about their patients, was on time and polite, that wanted to look into more things than just the obvious, and had a reception team that was more polite and professional.
