I don't know what I would have done without their help many many times when I felt frustrated and stuck! Vuso Moyana is the technician assigned to me. He is available on the phone, by email and yes! in person if he is needed. He is very gentle, very kind and makes me feel talented and smart! lol. Senior Tech Services are head and shoulders above everyone else because they really do care about helping seniors like me understand the baffling world of technology and they give 200 percent. Vuso has been my instructor for over a year and I can assure you seniors out there that his incredible patience, tech knowledge and humour have made the challenges I faced managing my computer, learning Windows 10, installing necessary programs and much more, not only easier but pleasurable as well. Vuso is very generous with his time. He is never too busy to give a helping hand. It is so reassuring to know there is someone to call when unexpected challenges arise.
