They have handled an accident with my wife's vehicle, a paint job on my truck, they helped my father, and his wife with their vehicle. Currently they are working with my wife's new vehicle. Robert and his staff are not only the best at what they do, but friendly, pleasant, helpful, and knowledgable. They are more than just a business, they are like friends. They got the door opened after some struggle. The employees were very keen on getting the issue resolved. As a happy note, my issue was resolved and Mr. Robert was kind enough to not charge for the job. Really impressed by their generosity.

They were able to repair it temporarily for free until I am ready to have a permanent fix. Very pleasant and professional team.

Provided me with a Courtesy Car at no charge which was a surprise on top of his service. Picked up my car and thought I had a brand new vehicle. The body work and paint job was perfect. And my car was washed. Good work and I would highly recommend Seneca Auto Body to anyone! Thank you for a job well don!!!

I had my doubts at first (finding a good garage can feel impossible) but when I spoke to Robert he assured me he would do everything to fix my vehicle the right way, keep costs down as much as he could, and get the work done in a timely fashion. On all these fronts, Robert and Seneca exceeded my expectations. All the work was excellent, Robert did everything the more expensive places said they would do in their quotes, but for less. I had my car back very quickly. And I can actually say Robert returned my vehicle to me in better shape than before the collision, as he took it upon himself to fix up some minor pre-existing cosmetic issues as well! I hope I never have to get my car fixed again, but these things can happen, and I know I have a trustworthy place to get repairs done if needed. Robert truly treats his clients like they are friends or family. Thanks a lot Robert!

They charged reasonably and did amazing work in a timely fashion. I was also provided a loaner car which was extremely useful. I would highly recommend going here as Robert and the staff are friendly, professional and definitely know what they are doing!
