I was recommended Sempix by a friend and contacted them, to immediate response. And they picked up the videos from me from our home (after offering many options), returned them to our home and all was professionally and perfectly accomplished. I was surprised to find that our video footage was intact, and now we can view this irreplaceable footage for years to come with our family. As Mastercard would say - priceless! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had so many of my grandparents old slides that I couldn’t go through since somehow we lost the cord for their projector. Dave came and picked up all the slides and they were back within a couple of weeks. It’s been incredible to not only look at the photos from 20 or 30 years worth of family history but to also be able to e-mail them to all of my family members for them to enjoy as well. The quality of the scans is amazing and it was done so quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a photo that was nearly 100 years old. It had faded and had mold on it. Sempix did a great job cleaning up the photo. When I picked up the photo, it felt like something wasn’t quite right. After thinking on it for a few weeks I figured out what was wrong and called David. He was happy to fix the issue and quickly gave me the re-done photo. I got three versions of the photo - two sepias and a black and white. The quality and service provided by Sempix were well worth it. This rating should be a 4.5 as my only complaint was that they were sometimes not very prompt with responding to emails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dave and the Sempix team scanned nearly 10,000 photos and several VHS tapes and the resulting digitized files are incredible! I've had a box of negatives for years since my parents passed away and they are the last remaining archive of my immediate family. Dave was incredibly kind and communicative about the cost estimation and process, and the whole project plan was very transparent. I knew it was no small feat to go through that box and scan all of those negatives, and the Sempix team did an outstanding job! Thank you! I highly recommend Sempix Photo Scanning Services!
