C	Cindy Ford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We walked the trails and visited the beach. Just beautiful. It's March so it's mucky (I wore boots) there's still ice on the water in some spots. It's lovely at any time of year.

J	Jason \| Events2Life on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a hidden gem. Went here for the day and it was a hideaway that you can't imagine until you get there. The beach may be small, but the picnic area is beautiful. It's a bit of a walk from the parking lot, but once you see the view, you will be impressed. The gravel road getting there is not the greatest, but being there was a blast. If you like hiking/fishing with lovely trails this is also a great spot. Definitely a must see. You can drink in plastic cups and BBQ!
M	Michele Marques on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the 3 kilometer loop trail was a pleasant hike through woods with views of the lake. One part had lots of muddy puddles, and we went a bit off-trail to avoid the worst. However, the rest was manageable and peaceful.

T	Tyler Shilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely a kids friendly beach, weeds were getting pretty close to swimming barrier when we were there. Picnic area is amazing, wide open field, was pretty busy.
N	Nick Eekhof on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden gem. The hiking trails were very scenic, but a little bit rough, so make sure you have the right footwear. Great spot for a picnic, hike, and a swim. The beach is just inviting you to go swimming. Beautiful scenery, this is the type of place that gets you all stoked for summer. Will definitely be coming back.
E	Esther S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and private beach area. The water is pretty nice. There’s a grassy area, beach, and some shade. Very small beach and parking lot. There’s some outdoor restroom buildings that are kind of unkept and there are bugs (just a warning if you don’t like that sort of thing). There are also change rooms. It’s probably a nicer location to go with a buddy who can guard the door while you use these and keep you company on the beach. It’s still a nice place to go for a few hours. It’s very nice when the beach is private and no one is there.
