The team in Philippines had poor English and weren't capable of holding meeting (we had 2 in 6 months) and no-one knew what they were doing. I asked really simple questions and no-one could ever give me an answer. We also paid for the image service - some images were good however the quality on A+ content was blurred and have been unable to fix despite many requests. They are now taking money from our account as we once paid by credit card even though we have stopped working with them. Really unhappy with the service with ROAS down, spend down and the account left a mess. Image to prove we have worked with them.

The account management team is also based overseas. Their staff has very poor English, and lack understanding of the services they offer. Reports, come with errors, meetings get canceled often, and the scope of work does not match deliverables. Their advertising and communications are very misleading. Let's not forget about the competition act in Canada which prohibits misleading advertising, not to mention there is a breach of contract. Legal actions will follow.
