Entering suite when we were not home. Everything on camera. All floors 1-4 were a bed bug palace. Horrible cleaning once a month when they did do traffic areas. Client care was sloppy drunk and very rude. Manager smelled of Alberta pure. Technician can only do small jobs caulking is his specialty. Total rip off stay in Winnipeg not here.

Beautiful apartments and wonderful managers. I lived here for almost a year but had to end my lease early due to roommate problems. Management was easy to deal with and they made sure their tenants were properly informed of any inspections or events happening in the future. Apartments are pet friendly and have spacious balconies as well. Only problem for me was the cost of the rent.

BEWARE! These people really are scammers. They charged me for damage that was already there when I moved in. They tried coming in before I was even moved out to do maintenance to prepare for the next tenant. Pretty sure the carpets weren’t cleaned before we moved in because they STUNK! Poor management. Dog urine and feces around the property and outside the entrances. I’ll never rent from Broadstreet again and encourage everyone to stay away from this company.

I live in an adult only it is a great place to live. Everyone is friendly. The problems are in winter, they don't turn on the block heater plugs on all the time when it hits -20 c. A lot of cars froze.

DO NOT RENT HERE. You will be charged an additional amount for damages created by the previous owner. Carpets are a major issue with this location. They charge $400.00 to replace all carpets in each room after you move out claiming that the "underlay" was damaged and that they became aware of this when they shampooed the carpets. This is something that you are not able to check when you move in and are on the hook for when you move out.

I love living here, however it is way too overpriced. Cupboard doors are always coming loose and falling off, same with closet doors. Parking should be included - there are people without parking tags that park all the time. General repairs are not tended to. The dog run doors have been broken - they do not close - since the beginning of winter. Issues and complaints go untended to, and it is hard to get ahold of a site manager. Especially in these difficult times, make it affordable for everyone to live here. Broadstreet I appreciate your response however have not had a single call for follow up

When we asked if smoking was allowed Randi said: "No, not in the apartments," She mentioned nothing about people being allowed to smoke on the balcony. My wife has a severe allergic reaction to tobacco smoke and every night when we go out to sit on our balcony, the tobacco smoke from the unit below us is wafting up to our balcony. Consequently, my wife is not able to sit outside because of this. Also, every time we walk down the sidewalk we are bombarded with people smoking in their 1st floor balconies. This is so disgusting to say the least. We are very disappointed in your so called "balcony smoking" plus people who stand outside the main doors and smoke. They should have to go to the dog walk area to light up. You may not see this as a problem but a lot of people who we have talked with absolutely HATE the smoking outside the main doors and on the balconies. You just might have a petition against smoking in the future as the people are sick of this. We came from a house on the lake where we NEVER had to worry about tobacco smoke. We were excited to be moving in here but this smoking issue has really caused a big problem for us. Also, we were told that there were no families with children allowed in our "A" complex. However, we have seen at least two families in the "A" complex. How did this happen when this complex is supposed to be "kid free"? This is exactly what we thought we were moving into -- no kids!! These families need to be moving some place else. We have noticed a lot of kids running loudly down the halls and you can't help but hear them. We never know when someone is in the Office here. This is very frustrating because when you want to talk to someone, you should be able to go there and talk to someone. When Randi was here, she was more than accommodating and we were sorry to see her leave. Hope you take this e-mail for what it is meant to be -- clean up the problems us non-smokers are having to put up with. Even the hotels don't allow you to smoke on their balconies! So, why here? Maybe you need to consider building another complex and let all the non-smokers move over there and leave this smoked up facility to all the tobacco smokers. Let us know when this happens, as we will be first on the list for the new place! You asked for our opinion so now you have it! My review is for management, Carter has been extremely nice and easy to deal with. He has been accessible and quickly tended to concerns when brought up. I appreciate the care he puts in. Good job Carter!
