I received very courteous service. I felt the salesperson was listening to my needs. He tried to find a television that I absolutely wanted by contacting Sony. I liked that he respects my choice and that he doesn't try to sell me something else.

Ils ont bien pris le temps de me montrer les fonctionnalités de ma nouvelle télé et ont répondu à toutes mes questions. Je recommande à tous Sélect Audio sans aucune hésitation! I bought a television in the morning and, in the afternoon, it was delivered and installed. I got great service and good advice! Nous avons rencontré Alain et malgré tout le travail qu'il avait il a pris 10 minutes et à réglé notre problème. Un gros merci à toi Alain.

On a magasiné une TV en allant chez Best Buy, on a eu une bonne discussion avec le vendeur et j'ai voulu aller voir plus local. l'idée étant de privilégier d'autres entreprises que ces géants. Je suis donc allé chez Select Audio et j'ai eu une jasette avec Alain, qui est technicien. Il connaît son affaire! finalement, on s'entend!, le prix est le même qu'ailleurs, rien de plus sauf que quand je lui demande si j'ai un problème avec la TV, est ce que je devrais gérer avec Samsung ou Sony directement, il me dit non, c'est nous qui nous en occupons. (Best Buy me dit de gérer avec les manufacturiers ou d'ajouter 400$ de garantie prolongée). Alain me livre la TV, l'installe et tout est beau! Soirée TV en famille et on remarque des zones claires (nuages) sur l'écran noir. j'appelle samedi matin, envoie une photo et lundi il m'informe que Samsung nous fera un crédit. J'ai donc repris une TV chez eux et Alain est venu la déposer et récupérer l'autre... Du service, il l'a dit, il l'a fait. J'imagine même pas si j'avais eu à me battre avec d'autres magasins. À prix égal...allez chez eux!
Here is my experience with Select Audio. We shopped for a TV on our way to Best Buy, we had a good discussion with the seller and I wanted to go see more local. the idea being to favor companies other than these giants. So I went to Select Audio and had a chat with Alain, who is a technician. He knows his stuff! finally, we get along !, the price is the same as elsewhere, nothing more except that when I ask him if I have a problem with the TV, should I manage with Samsung or Sony directly, he will says no, we take care of it. (Best Buy tells me to deal with manufacturers or add $ 400 in extended warranty). Alain gives me the TV, installs it and everything is beautiful! Family TV night and we notice light areas (clouds) on the black screen. I call Saturday morning, send a photo and Monday he informs me that Samsung will give us a credit. So I took a TV home from them and Alain came to drop it off and pick up the other ... About the service, he said it, he did it. I don't even imagine if I had to fight with other stores. At the same price ... go to them!
